My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, right at the junction and close to downtown Portsmouth, offering convenient travel options, but the rooms had a musty smell that even the loud air conditioner couldn't mask. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some excellent options but also running out of items. The service was pleasant, and the facilities could use some updating.
The motel is a good spot near downtown, with very clean rooms that were large, although the two full-sized beds were a bit too much. The service was friendly and helpful but lacked compensation flexibility. The location was ideal for easy access to downtown but a bit expensive. The dining experience had good food but lacked protein options. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.
The hotel was overall very nice despite my efforts to be undisturbed. The room wasn't ready initially, but we were offered early access for an extra $25. The hotel needs an overall upgrade.
The hotel was conveniently located near downtown Portsmouth and right off the traffic circle, making it perfect for our stay in Portsmouth, NH. The rooms were neat and clean, though they seemed standard. The service was really nice and welcoming, but we found that staff members were mostly busy elsewhere. The dining options were basic but satisfactory, and it seemed they could improve by adding more protein choices. The location was great for traveling between states and reaching nearby attractions and stores.
